Deep Learning Engineer
About The Position
We’re looking for a deep learning engineer who is versatile, has great communication skills, and is keen to take on new challenges. As part of the Deci AI team, you will gain knowledge and industrial proficiency in a broad spectrum of the most-advanced deep-learning architectures and concepts, while acquiring best practices.
This job requires a thorough understanding of machine and deep learning principles. You will be taking a deep dive into various deep learning pipelines across tasks and hardwares and use the most advanced techniques to optimize any deep learning based application.
Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in computer science, similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years experience as a deep learning engineer in an industrial or academic setting
- Experience working with at least one major framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch), including training and implementing deep learning models.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
- Extensive knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and solid software development principles in Python
Preferred qualifications
- M.Sc. degree in computer science or a similar technical field.
- Extensive experience deploying deep neural models in production, in cloud settings, or on edge devices.
- Consulting / customer-facing experience.
Responsibilities
- Interact with our clients to adjust and integrate our AI products to their needs.
- Work closely with our researchers and product team to refine our products and capabilities to better suit our clients.
- Work closely with our sales team to improve client engagements.
- Build processes and tools for efficient integration of our products.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code both for internal use and for Deci's open source platform.
