As a Customer Success Manager working in a fast-paced team, you will drive Deci's client retention and growth by building solid relationships with our customers, turning them into successful customers who truly advocate for our solution.
You are an adept customer success, capable of engaging in technical and business conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CTO, VP of Engineering, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers. You enjoy bringing your product and technical knowledge to bear when articulating our business proposition. You thrive in an agile environment, enjoy collaborating with colleagues globally, and always look for opportunities to add value and level up the business.
This hybrid role includes a physical presence in our Israeli office in Ramat Gan. Work hours are flexible, including working with our Global team and US-based customers.
