About The Position

Deci AI is looking for an experienced Director of Marketing. A hands-on marketing professional with strong product and business orientation who can take full ownership and drive decisions, initiate, execute and measure all marketing activities to achieve the company goals.


  • 5+ years of experience in marketing positions 
  • 2+ years of experience leading marketing as a deep tech B2B director of marketing
  • Previous experience in software product marketing 
  • Previous experience in building a brand and crafting messages to technical persona/ developers
  • Track record of managing and improving inbound and outbound lead generation funnels, including online advertising campaigns 
  • Native English speaker. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills - a data-driven marketer 
  • Strong execution and project management skills - get things done mentality

Preferred qualifications

  • Technical software development background
  • Previous experience with B2B product-led-growth (PLG) companies 
  • Previous experience in AI companies


Marketing strategy 

  • Set quarterly marketing goals for the company 
  • Monitor, track, report, and improve all marketing KPIs 
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth 
  • Work closely with management to help define long-term marketing strategy

Product marketing 

  • Own our product messaging, focusing on a differentiated product
  • Responsible for our entire online product footprint, including our website
  • Drive and own user acquisition funnel, metrics, and KPIs
  • Develop a product-led-growth (PLG) marketing activities plan that focus on adding value to developer community

Brand & Positioning

  • Define and lead the company’s brand and positioning in a new market
  • Lead the company’s tough leadership initiatives
  • Build relationships with analysts, media and other stakeholders through creative strategies, including PR.

Demand Generation

  • Own for inbound and outbound lead generation funnels and KPIs - focusing on delivering MQLs/PQLs to Sales.
  • Build a content marketing machine - including blogs, reports and more. Self-writing skills are important.
  • Manage a full-scale paid acquisition activity.
  • Manage organic activities, including social media and events (webinars, meetups, etc.).
  • Support sales with enablement materials including case studies brochures, decks, and more.
