Senior Product Manager
About The Position

As a Senior product manager, you will be the owner of the Deci Lab a revolutionary DL optimization platform, from conception to successful rollout and user feedback. You will serve as the focal point between the business and R&D, with the goal of delivering impactful and outstanding products to the market. You will drive product success by capturing customers’ needs and making data-driven decisions. You will earn exceptional domain expertise by working with one of the best deep learning research and engineering teams in the industry.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a one of the below
- Product manager working in SaaS / B2B / Enterprise software industry, preferably on AI/ML related products
- Data scientist or machine learning engineer with a passion to transition into product management
- Strong technical background experience (preferably in python)
- Experience with Big Data products, SQL/NoSQL Databases
- Experience working with R&D teams in an agile development environment, preferably with the Research team
- Familiarity with both inbound and outbound product management activities
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex tasks and shifting priorities
- Ability to influence decisions with excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own of the Deci Lab a revolutionary DL optimization platform
- Serve as the central resource between business and R&D for all phases of the software development lifecycle, including scoping, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Work with senior management to realize the product’s vision and define the product roadmap.
- Own the definition of the new product features. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, in collaboration with R&D, to drive the successful development and rollout of product features.
- Write product requirements and work with R&D to translate functional requirements into technical specs.
- Set and measure critical metrics to drive product planning and optimization.
- Conduct product testing and research, including competitive analysis and benchmarks.
- Communicate with clients/users to conduct usability testing and capture requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and high-quality product resources.
