We’re looking for an Account Executive who is a natural communicator and has experience closing deals with international clients.

This role is perfect for a B2D/ B2B sales professional who loves data, who gets their hands dirty, and who thrives in dynamic environments.

Deci is an end-to-end deep learning development platform that supercharges AI practitioners’ ability to easily build, optimize, and deploy highly accurate and efficient models to any environment. Deci’s proprietary technology automatically generates best-in-class deep learning models for any task, dataset, and target inference hardware, saving our customers time, money, and a lot of wasted effort. Teams in companies such as RingCentral, HPE, and Intel are using Deci to enable new use cases on edge devices, shorten their development time, reduce cloud computing costs and guarantee deep learning model success in production.

As an Account Executive working in a fast-paced team, you will drive Deci's future growth by building relationships with prospects and turning them into happy Deci customers. 

You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in technical and business conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CTO, VP of Engineering, Data Scientists and ML Engineers. You enjoy bringing your product and technical knowledge to bear when articulating our business proposition. Your analytical nature means you’re biased towards winning business by showing how a client’s business model can benefit from partnering with Deci. You thrive in an agile environment, enjoy collaborating with colleagues globally, and always look for opportunities to add value and level up the business.

This hybrid role includes a physical presence in our Israeli office in Ramat Gan. Work hours are flexible, including working with our Global team and US-based customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as an Account Executive in a B2B, SaaS, and technology-oriented software company, with a proven track record in closing 5-figure deals
  • Proven experience in selling in a remote & global setting to highly technical personas
  • Native English speaker with excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • A process-oriented person with the ability to move fast and quickly adapt/implement lessons learned
  • Fast learner with a passion for AI products and technologies that are improving the world

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience in AI platform/solution company
  • Technical background (preferably computer science/data science) - hands-on or academic
  • Prior experience in a startup company
  • Proven track record in closing complex Enterprise 6-figure deals

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle of new business opportunities —from the first intro meeting through pilots, negotiations, and deal execution
  • Assist leadership in building and quickly iterating on the foundation for sales in a fast-growing startup, including sales processes, playbooks, and methodologies
  • Work closely with leadership and identify go-to-market opportunities worth pursuing
  • Partner with Sales Engineer teams to ensure the pilot's success throughout the sales process
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and drive renewals and expansion among existing customers
  • Work closely with the SDR team responsible for generating quality sales meetings
  • Prospect leads on your own to generate sales opportunities if needed
  • Work closely with the Marketing team responsible for generating MQLs, for generating quality inbound leads that will lead to sales opportunities
  • Represent the company at virtual and physical trade shows and conferences
