About The Position

The Growth Product Manager we are seeking will be a data-driven and product-oriented individual, who is excited about developing and testing hypotheses to drive the product to reach the next level of scale, impact, and profitability.

Your work will have an immediate and tangible impact on the business. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and management to rapidly execute and iterate. The Growth team moves quickly, and you'll be exposed to new challenges on a daily basis.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of product management or growth experience
  • Capable of in-depth and hands-on data analysis and interpretation
  • Deep understanding of acquisition KPIs and complex funnels - with business and monetization orientation
  • Previous experience in user experience analysis and research
  • Have a growth marketing/optimization mindset; deeply analytical. Experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies
  • Experience leading a cross-functional team that include product managers, marketing and sales
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity, specifically for deep technologies
  • Must be a proactive team player who enjoys working with peers and other key stakeholders to design and execute against the evolving business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Good editing and copywriting are required

Preferred qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a Machine Learning or AI-driven company
  • Previous experience as a Data Analyst


  • Define and execute product growth strategy and KPIs to drive overall user growth of Deci’s platform
  • Lead a cross-functional team including product, marketing, and sales to oversee the entire funnel from user acquisition to customer retention to expansion
  • Own the entire acquisition and retention analytics, with a focus on product analytics, from methodologies to execution, helping stakeholders to make better data-driven decisions - including reports, dashboards, and information resources
  • Develop new customer acquisition strategies that will encourage more potential users to engage with the product.
  • Analyze user behaviors and work closely with the team to identify, design, and refine features that will improve the product's retention, engagement, and monetization. For example:
  1. Question customer segmentation approaches to see if there is a more effective way to characterize why they are using the product, and therefore more effectively coordinate communications to drive growth.
  2. Identifying alternative “aha moments” which may be better at encouraging customers to engage more deeply with the product.
  3. Investigating add-ons that add value for the customer and drive profit for the business.

  • Design and monitor experiments (such as A/B testing) with clear and measurable goals to evaluate and optimize the performance of product features. 
  1. For example, tweaking onboarding experiences to help customers gain greater value from the product faster.

  • Actively initiate campaigns and workflows to drive user engagement across the entire funnel to drive growth KPIs. Develop customer retention initiatives and upselling strategies to deepen relationships with users.
