B2B Marketing Manager

Deci, an innovative deep learning startup, is looking for a marketing manager to lead many of our marketing initiatives. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, hands-on individual to oversee and measure our lead generation and lead management activities, create content, manage social media, digital footprint, and brand marketing. The position reports to one of our co-founders and is full time in our Tel Aviv office (with some remote work especially during Covid-19).

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of B2B marketing experience in a tech startup, including: Inbound Marketing, Content creation, Content production (presentations, brochures, web site, etc.), Management of graphic design for brand look and feel, Video marketing, Marketing automation (e.g Hubspot), Events, and more
  • Strong analytical mindset, familiarity with Google Analytics, Hubspot reporting, other BI tools a plus. Experience in tracking and reporting on KPIs to multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in managing external vendors, budgets, managing projects A-Z
  • Native English speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Domain experience (AI) or familiarity with highly technical subjects

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of all marketing activities
  • Oversee website, social media accounts, digital marketing, content
  • Manage external vendors (graphic design, writers, etc.)
  • Own marketing automation functions – setup, workflows, reporting
  • Work closely with management on executing the marketing strategy
  • Track and report on KPIs using available tools
